Ignacio Comparato is an Associate in DLA Piper Argentina’s Capital Markets department. His practice focuses on capital markets and financial law, advising public and private entities on matters related to public securities offerings. ​

Prior to joining the firm, he developed his legal career at one of the world’s leading multinational technology companies, where he worked on corporate law matters. ​

Ignacio earned his law degree with honors from Universidad Austral in 2025 and also holds a postgraduate degree in Banking and Capital Markets Law from the same institution. In addition, he served as a teaching assistant for the Restructuring and Bankruptcy Law course at Universidad Austral’s Law School. He is fluent in Spanish and English.
