Milagros Padilla is a law graduate from the University of Buenos Aires and is part of the Corporate Law Department at DLA Piper Argentina. Her practice focuses on general legal advisory for local and international companies across various industries, particularly in corporate and contractual matters, as well as mergers and acquisitions transactions.​

Throughout her professional experience, she has participated in complex domestic and cross-border transactions, providing advice on strategic M&A deals. Among her most notable matters, she advised Harness, a leading software delivery platform, on its acquisition of Split, a company specializing in Feature Delivery Platforms™ that enables engineering teams to adopt Impact-Driven Development methodologies across their organizations. She also advised DLG, Europe’s largest agricultural supply company, on the acquisition of a minority stake in Entre Ríos Crushing S.A., an Argentine company engaged in soybean crushing for the production of animal feed and soybean meal and oil derivatives. As a result of this transaction, DLG, together with ACA (Asociación de Cooperativas Argentinas), a cooperative formed by more than 137 agricultural and livestock cooperatives, holds a controlling stake in the target company under a partnership agreement between both cooperative entities.​

Milagros works in the corporate practice area with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, combining legal analysis with a strategic perspective oriented toward highly complex transactions.
