Bernardo Custo heads DLA Piper Argentina's Infrastructure and Administrative Law groups.​​

He is a graduate of the Universidad de Buenos Aires (1981). Mr. Custo has extensive experience in advising local and foreign clients onadministrative law, infrastructure and general commercial law, among others, including complex legal structures and trusts.​​

He has served as legal manager at Socma Americana S.A. (1989- 1993). He has worked as legal manager and has been a member of theboard of directors of Sideco Americana S.A., acting also as controller of those companies affiliated with or owned by Sideco Americana S.A.(Distribuidora de Gas del Centro S.A., Distribuidora de Gas Cuyana S.A., Autopistas del Sol S.A., Servicios Viales S.A., Iecsa S.A., Lineasde Transmisión del Litoral S.A., Manliba S.A., Aseo S.A., Creaurban S.A., Sideco Brasil S.A., Civilia Engenheria S.A., Sistemas AmbientaisS.A.). Mr. Custo acted as legal manager (1997-2002) and was a member of the board of directors (2000-2001) of Correo Argentino S.A.​​

Bernardo also acted as legal representative (1997—2002) and served on the board of directors (2000—2001) at Correo Argentino S.A. andwas the legal advisor at Socma Americana S.A. (2002—2004).​​

Since 2017, he has served as chairman of the board at Bapro Mandatos y Negocios S.A.​​

He has also worked as legal advisor to the legal department of the Ministry of Economy of the Argentine Republic (1983-1984). Mr. Custoacted as attorney (2004-2006) and partner (2006-2017) in the law firm Klein & Franco and has taken off as President in BAPRO Mandatos yNegocios S.A.​​

Bernardo has some relevant experience advising Volvo Car Corporation, a premium automobile manufacturer, on corporate and contractualmatters in general -including the relationship with concessionaires, savings plans-, as well as foreign trade and exchange issues.
