Career
Fernando Peralta Ramos, partner at DLA Piper Argentina, has over thirty years of distinguished experience in litigation, compliance, and investigations. He currently serves as an advisor on corporate, institutional, and governmental matters.
His background allows him to combine legal knowledge with a strong ability to build interpersonal relationships and identify each organization’s competitive advantages. He brings a comprehensive business perspective, guiding clients’ needs toward the most appropriate legal solutions.
In the public and corporate sectors, he served as court-appointed administrator of various companies within the BAPRO Group (Banco Provincia), advisor to the National Executive Branch and to the Province of Tierra del Fuego, and as Counselor and Consul General at the Argentine Embassy in the United States.
He is currently the president and head of several corporations, manager of Haras Patagones SRL (a polo club), and serves as Senior Business Developer for DLA Piper Argentina.
