Melodie is a lawyer focused on Dispute Resolution, representing and advising private entities in civil, commercial, consumer and labor-related matters. In her current practice, she is actively involved in litigation strategy and day-to-day case management, including draftingstatements of claim and defense, preparing complex and routine court filings, coordinating evidentiary stages, and following up proceedingsbefore courts and administrative authorities. She regularly assists in consumer claims, attends hearings, prepares witness examinations,and challenges expert reports when appropriate, combining a strong procedural approach with pragmatic, results-oriented advice.​

She also brings a solid corporate background, having advised both local and foreign clients on corporate governance and compliancematters before the General Inspection of Justice, including the preparation of minutes, certificates, reports and other corporatedocumentation, as well as the review and drafting of a wide range of agreements. This experience enables her to approach disputes with abusiness-minded perspective and a deep understanding of the legal and contractual framework underlying complex matters.​
