Career

Florencia Labarile is a Senior Associate in the Litigation Department at DLA Piper Argentina, where she is part of the dispute resolution team. Her practice focuses on labor, commercial, and civil litigation, as well as insolvency proceedings, restructuring, and bankruptcy matters, advising and representing clients in complex disputes for both local and international clients.​

She began her career at the firm as a paralegal during her early years of legal studies, which allowed her to build a strong foundation in legal practice from the outset of her professional development. Throughout her career, she has gained significant experience in managing high-complexity litigation matters, combining technical expertise with a strategic approach oriented toward efficient dispute resolution.​

In addition to her professional practice, Florencia serves as a teaching assistant in the course Private Foundations of Constitutional Law at the University of Buenos Aires School of Law, reflecting her commitment to academic development and legal education. She is also the author and co-author of several specialized legal articles, particularly focused on labor and corporate law reforms.​

She graduated as a lawyer from the University of Buenos Aires (UBA) School of Law in 2019 and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Labor Law at Universidad Austral. She has been recognized by The Legal 500 Latin America as a recommended practitioner in Dispute Resolution in Argentina.
