Counsel

Florencia Fabio, counsel at DLA Piper Argentina, focuses her practice on Civil and Commercial Litigation, advising both domestic and international clients.​

She has extensive experience handling disputes involving contractual, consumer product, corporate, insolvency, and distribution matters, as well as tort claims and both national and international arbitration proceedings. In addition, she has a solid track record in conducting complex internal investigations related to regulatory compliance, having led processes in the chemical, pharmaceutical, construction, and agribusiness sectors.​

Florencia has led high-profile investigations, addressed allegations of corporate misconduct, and provided strategic advice to ensure compliance with Argentine regulations. She has also represented major national companies in judicial proceedings before federal and provincial commercial courts. Some of her relevant experience in consumer claims includes companies such as Booking, Verisure, Electra, Edenor, among others.​

Fabio earned her Law Degree from the School of Law of the University of Buenos Aires (UBA) and holds a Postgraduate Specialization in Civil Procedural Law from the same university. She recently completed, with honors, a Master’s in Private International Law at the University of Buenos Aires. She is fluent in Spanish and English.​
