Shawn Yeo advises alternative fund managers with respect to the structuring, establishment and management of private investment funds across various asset classes and jurisdictions, with a particular focus on private equity and venture capital funds. He also acts regularly for institutional and non-institutional investors, including sovereign wealth funds, multilateral development banks, corporations and fund of funds, on their investments into private funds, secondary transactions and co-investments.

Prior to joining Dechert, Mr. Yeo was an attorney in the investment management practice of an international law firm.
