Min Kim advises private equity sponsors, multinational corporations and sovereign wealth funds on cross-border M&A transactions, joint ventures and strategic investments throughout the Asia-Pacific region. He is ranked by Chambers Asia-Pacific (2026) for Corporate/M&A: International, where he is recognized for his “expertise in M&A, joint ventures and private equity transactions.”

Mr. Kim has particular depth in matters that combine deal complexity with regulatory or jurisdictional difficulty, including distressed acquisitions, multi-step consolidations, regulated infrastructure investments and cross-border joint ventures. Fluent in Korean, he is regularly engaged by Korean conglomerates on outbound investments into Southeast Asia and global markets.
