Lydia Chemini is an associate in Dechert’s Luxembourg tax team. She focuses her practice on global taxation matters, with a particular emphasis on financial services and investment funds. She also advises on corporate law and financing transactions.

Ms. Chemini counsels clients on pan-European portfolios and all tax aspects of Luxembourg structures, including FCPs, SICAVs, corporate entities, Luxembourg and foreign partnerships, and both regulated and unregulated funds.
