Christopher Neal is a partner in Dentons' Corporate practice in Dubai. He qualified as a solicitor with an international law firm in the UK, gaining experience advising on domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and company restructurings, before relocating to the UAE.

Chris has been working in Dubai since February 2013. He advises local, regional and multinational clients on domestic, regional and international mergers and acquisitions (private and public companies), joint ventures, company structuring/restructuring, as well as a variety of other commercial and route-to-market issues.

Chris has advised across a broad range of sectors but has a particular interest in and experience of the technology, energy and manufacturing sectors.
