Jack Antoniou is an associate in the Real Estate practice of Dentons Middle East. He has experience advising clients on a broad range of commercial real estate matters, with a focus on real estate finance transactions and within the energy, infrastructure and investment sectors. He provides practical and commercially focused legal advice to a diverse client base, including developers, investors, lenders and public sector entities.

Jack has experience across all aspects of real estate law, including acquisitions and disposals, commercial leasing, development work and real estate finance. He has particular experience advising on real estate finance and large-scale energy and infrastructure projects, including battery energy storage systems (BESS), solar, wind and nuclear developments, as well as nationally significant linear projects. His expertise includes the negotiation of options and easements, often involving compulsory purchase considerations, and advising on mixed-use development arrangements.
