Construction and Dispute Resolution

Jahnvi Jhaveri is an associate in the Middle East Construction and Dispute Resolution practice. She has experience advising on a wide range of contentious construction matters, representing contractors, developers, project companies and financial institutions in disputes arising from major infrastructure and hospitality developments across the region.

Jahnvi has acted in arbitrations under major institutional rules, including the ICC, DIAC and ADCCAC, as well as in litigation before the ADGM and DIFC Courts. She advises clients on a broad spectrum of contentious issues, including enforcement strategies, extension of time (EOT) and COVID-19 cost claims, construction defects, rights under facility agreements, disclosure applications and worldwide freezing orders.
