Peter Cullen is a partner in Dentons' Capital Markets practice in Dubai.

He has spent eight years in the Middle East, advising issuers and underwriters on the full range of international capital markets transactions, including Reg S and 144A debt issuances, liability management exercises, structured notes, repackagings and OTC products, with a particular focus on Shari'a-compliant transactions.
