Banking and Finance

Hajer Al Raisi is an associate in the Banking and Finance practice in Dentons' Dubai office. She has experience on international finance transactions, including asset finance, general corporate lending and cross-border financing matters.

Hajer has experience assisting both lenders and borrowers across various sectors, supporting on the drafting of finance documents and coordinating multiple jurisdictional transactions. Hajer completed her training contract with Dentons in the Muscat, Abu Dhabi and Dubai offices before qualifying in November 2025.
