Andrew Gallagher is an associate in Dentons' Banking and Finance practice in Dubai, with experience in general finance and derivatives.

He works on a range of finance matters, including acquisition finance, project finance and general corporate lending.

On the derivatives side, Andrew is particularly experienced with finance-linked hedging but also covers a range of product areas such as FX and interest rate swaps and options under the ISDA Master Agreement, stock lending under the Global Master Securities Lending Agreement and repurchase transactions under the Global Master Repurchase Agreement.
