Lara Ali is an associate in Dentons' Corporate team in Dubai. She qualified in September 2021 after completing her training contract at the Firm.

Lara has a range of corporate experience including private M&A, private equity, venture capital, joint ventures and group reorganisations. She has worked on transactions across a variety of sectors including energy, engineering, media and technology, retail, insurance, professional services, and banking and finance. Lara regularly works closely with colleagues across the world including in Europe, the Middle East and the US.

During her training contract, Lara completed secondments to Dr. Martens, the major global retail brand, and to a leading UK financial services and insurance company. She also previously worked as a paralegal in Dentons' Muscat, Oman and Abu Dhabi, UAE offices, where she focused predominantly on corporate M&A and advisory work.
