Harry Singh is a counsel based in Dentons' Dubai office and is a member of the Corporate practice group. He has 15 years of experience working on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including advising clients across a variety of sectors on company establishments, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, public takeovers, and company flotations and offerings (equity and debt). As a result, he has been recognized by Chambers as a "Lawyer to Watch", reflecting his exceptional skills and growing influence within the corporate legal sector.

Previously, Harry worked in Dentons' Muscat office, where he had rapidly become a trusted advisor to local companies, funds, conglomerates and major international corporates.

Some of the notable companies with which he has worked include Boskalis, CBRE, Microsoft, Oman Investment Corporation, Oman Arab Bank, Oman Investment Fund, Renna Mobile, USG Boral Building Products, Awasr, ITQAN Tech Development LLC and Bechtel Co LLC.
