Position

Andrew Clarke is a counsel in the Energy, Transport and Infrastructure practice in Dentons' Dubai office, having previously worked in Tokyo for a number of years. He has more than 15 years of experience working with a wide range of private sector and government clients on global projects including, in recent years, with a practice based on advising Japanese utilities and trading houses on their global energy investments. His experience spans a range of different sectors including energy transition, renewable energy, power, water, infrastructure, oil and gas, and nuclear.

Andrew is regularly ranked by Legal500 in the "Japan, Projects and Energy: International firms and joint ventures" category.
