Kislay is an associate in the Corporate practice in Dentons' Dubai office.

Kislay's practice focuses on corporate restructurings, acquisitions, corporate governance and compliance matters in the United Arab Emirates. He also helps numerous clients from across the globe set up their business operations in the UAE, both onshore and in many of the UAE’s free zones. He has experience advising international and regional clients on the legal and regulatory regime requirements and labour and employment matters.
