Banking and Finance

Arif Doha is an associate in the Banking and Finance practice in Dentons' Dubai office.

His work involves advising clients (both local and international financiers and borrowers) on a wide range of banking and finance matters including acquisition finance, corporate finance, Islamic finance, project finance, real estate finance, and general banking and finance matters.

Arif has experience working on banking and finance matters in both London and Dubai. Before joining the Firm, Arif worked for an international law firm in London, where he also advised on corporate, restructuring and insolvency, real estate and commercial contract matters.

Before entering private practice, Arif worked in-house for a multinational technology conglomerate, a venture-backed fintech company, a financial services company and a publishing company.
