Anna Terrizzi is a counsel in the Corporate and Commercial department of Dentons’ Dubai office.

She has over 15 years of experience advising on a wide variety of corporate and commercial matters including company establishments, restructurings, director duties, agency and distribution arrangements, joint ventures, employment matters and financial services.

Anna also has experience advising on financial regulatory law matters within the UAE including the DIFC and ADGM.
