Mr. Changrong Xu advises the Firm’s corporate clients in connection with various cross-border legal affairs between South Korea and China involving Korean companies’ investment in China as well as Chinese companies’ investment in Korea, involving (in each direction) M&A, restructuring, withdrawal of business and dispute resolution.

Mr. Xu has been working as a corporate lawyer for Chinese Big law firms such as DACHENG (Dentons’ Preferred Law Firm in CHINA), King & Wood Mallesons, DEHENG and for more than 15 years, developing a variety of networks and accumulating rich practical experience and skills. In addition to providing legal advice on Chinese law to Korean enterprises of all kinds, he has served as a Chinese legal adviser to various Korean public institutions, including the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in China, the Consulate General of the Republic of Korea in Qingdao, KOTRA and the Korea International Trade Association.
