Ms. Jane Young Sohn is a member of Dentons Lee’s Life Sciences and Healthcare team, focusing her practice on complex cross-border transactions, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance matters. With over a decade of international legal experience, she has represented a wide range of clients, from multinational corporations to private equity firms, across jurisdictions in Asia, the U.S., the Middle East, and Europe.

In addition to her work in life sciences, Ms. Sohn has extensive experience in corporate transactions, advising on mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic investments across industries such as technology, construction, telecommunications, and renewable energy. Notable matters include advising SK Holdings on its acquisition of a majority stake in LG Siltron and Mirae Asset-Naver Growth Investment Pte. Ltd. on its investment in iCart Group Pte. Ltd.

Within finance, Ms. Sohn has advised major banks, consortia, and corporate borrowers on structured finance, syndicated loans, and aircraft financing. Her work includes advising major banks on the financing of multiple aircraft leases with global airlines such as Emirates and Air France.

Ms. Sohn is also experienced in the energy sector, advising clients on renewable energy investments, including wind farm projects in the U.S. and Southeast Asia.

In the realm of international dispute resolution, she has represented clients in complex arbitration cases under ICC and KCAB rules, navigating high-stakes matters with skill and precision.
