John K. Min represents clients in labor and employment, entertainment, real estate, securities and corporate matters in the banking and investment industry and international business transactions representing multinational and domestic corporations.

Mr. Min’s extensive experience in the labor and employment practice includes employment-related agreements, collective bargaining agreements, employment rules and policies, dismissals, employee benefit plans and labor issues related to mergers and acquisitions, business transfers and general corporate restructuring. In addition to his labor and corporate practice, Mr. Min regularly advises entertainment companies and celebrities on concert productions, licensing, endorsements and general legal matters.
