Personal
Doo-Hyeong Lee is a litigator defending and advising clients on a variety of civil, criminal and administrative cases in the field of intellectual property rights, labor and employment, real estate and urban development, and general matters. He handles both domestic and international litigation and arbitration in various areas of the law.
As a member of the Korean Bar, Mr. Lee worked for 13 years at the Korean Intellectual Property Office and the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy. After obtaining a JD in the United States and being admitted to the New York bar, he served for 16 years as judge and chief judge in a number of courts including the Patent Court and the Seoul Central District Court, where he accumulated extensive experience in all aspects of intellectual property law and procedure.
