Personal

Prior to joining Dentons Lee, Seul-Ah Kim practiced as an associate at Youngmin Law from 2020 to 2024, where she provided legal advice and represented administrative and public institution clients before courts and she gained experience in all stages of preservative measures, litigation on the merits and compulsory execution by her representation of corporate clients, including trust companies, virtual asset exchanges, insurance companies, entertainment companies and construction inspection companies. She also worked on many criminal cases, including responding to investigative agencies and representing criminal victims in complaint proceedings. Prior to being admitted to the bar, Seul-Ah Kim worked as an overseas sales representative for a major conglomerate who directly managed markets overseas, thus has a deep understanding of practical business processes inside the company and the changing business needs of overseas markets.
