Young Chul Jang has extensive experience in litigating a wide range of civil and criminal cases and advising on various legal matters. His practice has been particularly focused on litigation matters involving major state-owned companies such as Korea Resources Corporation (KORES), Korea Land Housing Corporation (LH), Korea Electric Power Corporation (KEPCO) and Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency (KOTRA). He has successfully litigated cases of illegal gains related to migration measures that involved many complex issues by obtaining an en banc decision of the Supreme Court.

Mr. Jang assisted in the amendment of laws and regulations regarding renewable energy by capitalizing on his experience and skill related to exploration and development of underground resources, and he has offered advice to KORES on applicable laws and regulations.

Additionally, he has handled a variety of disputes on intellectual property rights including copyright and domain name disputes.
