Arthur Choy advises on corporate and intellectual property matters. He has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, cross-border transactions, and technology transfer/licensing. Arthur lectures on US IP litigation and arbitration in the Master of Intellectual Property Program of KAIST’s Graduate School of Future Strategy. He is a regular lecturer at programs jointly sponsored by the Korea Invention Promotion Association (KIPA), Korea Intellectual Property Office (KIPO) and World Intellectual Property Office (WIPO), and has been a member of KIPA’s Consultative Committee since 2014. Arthur has served on the respective boards of It’s Hanbul and NeoPharm Co., Ltd., two Korean beauty and skincare companies.
