Soyun Ahn gained her corporate legal experience while serving as in-house counsel at Kia Corporation, where she handled various legal matters involving overseas jurisdictions, including overseas product liability and class action cases. She later worked at S&L Partners, where she advised clients across diverse industries such as manufacturing, construction, and finance on a broad range of legal issues, including the fair trade laws, subcontracting laws, personal information protection laws and construction related laws. She also represented clients, including the Seoul Metropolitan Government, in administrative litigation, and acted for major corporations and financial institutions in many civil disputes.

Leveraging her understanding of global corporate environments and strong foreign language skills developed through international experience, Ms. Ahn joined Dentons Lee in 2025 and provides comprehensive legal advice to both domestic and international clients.
