Jielle Han provides strategic counsel to multinational businesses across technology- and IP-driven sectors, with a primary focus on cross-border commercial transactions, including IP licensing, overseas investments, M&A, joint ventures and other complex commercial matters. Having served as in-house counsel at two startups that transformed established industries through digital innovation and expansion across Asia, she aligns legal strategy with business goals and market realities.

As a core member of Dentons Lee’s Life Sciences & Healthcare team, Jielle advises global clients in the pharmaceutical, medical-device, diagnostics and broader healthcare industries on structuring and negotiating IP agreements, commercial transactions and regulatory compliance.
