Cholok Jeon is a Certified Labor Attorney at Dentons Lee. She specializes in the field of HR, labor and employment and has extensive hands-on experience in collective labor relations, multiple unions, collective bargaining, revision of workplace rules, and investigations of workplace harassment and sexual harassment in the manufacturing sector. Drawing on her background in labor law advisory at law firms, industrial accident and labor inspection response, and her experience in global HR system reform and compliance management at an international law firm, Ms. Jeon provides practical, field-oriented solutions.

Prior to joining Dentons Lee, Ms. Jeon served as a Senior Manager and Certified Labor Attorney in the Labor Relations Planning Team at Renault Korea’s Busan plant, where she supported collective bargaining, revised rules of employment and collective bargaining agreements, assisted in labor commission cases, and managed compliance and ethical management responsibilities. She also worked at One-Stop Labor Law Firm and Mirae Labor Law Firm, handling employment contracts, workplace rules, payroll, social insurance, industrial accident claims and re-examinations, and labor inspection matters. In addition, she served as the Head of Administration at the Seoul office of Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton LLP, where she was responsible for global HR system design, communication with headquarters, and compliance reporting.

Since 2025, she has joined the Labor Practice Group of Dentons Lee, where she is dedicated to providing clients with the highest quality legal services by combining her on-site experience with a global business perspective.
