Ki Jeung Park is a foreign attorney at Dentons Lee, specializing in international construction contracts, disputes, and arbitration. He has extensive experience advising on large-scale EPC, infrastructure, and plant projects across the Middle East, Asia, Europe, Africa, and Korea.

Prior to joining Dentons Lee, he practiced at Yulchon LLC as a foreign attorney, where he represented major domestic and international contractors and employers in complex construction and arbitration matters. Before that, he worked at Corbett & Co. International Construction Lawyers in London, a leading construction law firm, focusing on international disputes under FIDIC and other standard forms. He also spent nearly two decades at a major Korean engineering and construction company, gaining deep industry knowledge in both contract negotiation and dispute resolution.

Ki Jeung Park is a qualified solicitor of England and Wales. He serves as Chairman of the Society of Construction Law Korea (SCL Korea), Chair of the Legal Subcommittee of the KOTRA Overseas Contracts Council, an international arbitrator registered with the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board (KCAB), and a committee member of the Consultative Council of the International Contractors Association of Korea (ICAK). He is also a lecturer at KAIST College of Business and Sungkyunkwan University Law School, and the author of the book Understanding International Construction Contract Law.
