Weon Jae Yang has extensive experience in corporate advice and related civil and criminal litigation for companies in a wide range of industries. He has worked on many M&A transactions, including mergers and split-offs of diverse corporations listed on the Korea Exchange, while handling litigation in Korea and providing advisory services for a number of foreign companies. Mr. Yang also advises foreign companies on investment and entry into the Korean market, and acts on behalf of foreign creditors in rehabilitation and bankruptcy cases in Korea. In addition, Mr. Yang assists clients in the establishment and operation of corporate compliance programs.

Mr. Yang is also providing pro bono services to communities that have no lawyer under the Town Lawyer Project sponsored by the Ministry of Justice.
