Evelyn is a Senior Partner in Dentons Rodyk’s Corporate practice group. She is also the co-head of the Mergers and Acquisitions and Private Equity practice groups.

She has over 25 years of experience in legal practice and advises on corporate commercial, mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance transactions.

In the area of mergers and acquisitions, Evelyn has advised on private and public mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, public takeovers, de-listings, as well as Singapore law aspects of global restructurings, and global acquisitions and divestments of businesses.

In the area of corporate finance work, she has advised on rights issues, share placement exercises, and private equity and venture capital fund-raising exercises.
