Banking and Finance

Justine Harding is a Counsel in the Banking and Finance practice in Dentons' Muscat office. She has over 20 years' experience (12 of which in Oman) working on a wide range of banking and finance and real estate matters including advising clients on project finance and debt capital market transactions.

Her experience is across a range of different sectors including oil and gas, power and water, aviation, financial institutions and real estate development. Justine also spent 6 years at The Royal Bank of Scotland Group plc and 3 years at ANZ Banking Group (New Zealand) Limited working as an in-house lawyer. Justine is ranked in Legal 500 and Chambers.
