Energy, Infrastructure and Projects

Warda is an associate in the Energy, Infrastructure and Projects practice based in the Muscat office.

Warda has previous experience of working on infrastructure projects including power projects and public-private partnerships, as well as matters relating to investment, banking and finance, corporate and commercial advisory, mergers and acquisitions, corporate and regulatory compliance, and anti-competitive action. She also has experience of teaching foundational legal courses and laws of business organizations as a lecturer in public and private sector institutions.
