Davide Traina is a partner in Dentons’ Milan office and a member of the global Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice.

He gained significant experience in the real estate sector, assisting national and international clients in complex real estate transactions and in the establishment of funds, as well as in the pre-contentious and contentious phases of commercial transactions, also in case of arbitration.

Davide frequently deals with real estate and corporate litigations, as well as with post-closing claims and disputes on real estate development transactions.
