Alessandro Dubini is a partner in Dentons' Milan office and co-head of the Corporate M&A practice in Italy.

He primarily advises major industry groups, leading financial institutions and private equity funds on both domestic and international extraordinary transactions regarding mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, corporate finance and corporate reorganization.

Alessandro has gained considerable experience through the years in IPOs, public offerings, purchase and sale of financial products as well as in corporate and commercial law. He also deals with corporate governance matters and commercial contracts.
