Paolo Rusconi is a partner in our Milan office and Head of the Italian Restructuring, Insolvency and Bankruptcy practice group.

Paolo has extensive experience in debt restructuring, banking and financial matters and extraordinary transactions, with a particular focus on distressed M&A transactions. He regularly assists financial institutions, banks, institutional investors, corporations, financial creditors, private equity funds, both Italian and international.

He also assists clients involved in insolvency and pre-insolvency situations, including pre-bankruptcy agreements, debt restructuring agreements, and out-of-court debt restructuring plans, advising on the negotiation of super senior financings and relevant security packages.

Before joining Dentons in 2025, Paolo worked for several important Italian and international law firms.
