Patricia is a partner at Dentons Paz Horowitz and leads the firm’s Labor and Social Security practice. With more than 20 years of experience, she advises national and international companies on labor, employment and social security matters, with a strong focus on regulatory compliance, workplace policies and risk management. Patricia regularly represents clients in administrative and judicial proceedings and provides strategic guidance on labor relations across a wide range of industries.

Her practice includes the implementation of equality, diversity and non-discrimination policies, as well as the development of prevention protocols related to harassment, discrimination and workplace violence. Patricia also designs and delivers training programs on labor rights, employer obligations and inclusion policies, helping clients strengthen compliance frameworks and workplace culture. In addition to her legal practice, she is an active speaker on gender equality, inclusion and discrimination matters and participates in initiatives aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Chamber of Industries and Production and the Ecuadorian Association for Human Resource Management (ADGHE).
