Leyre Suarez is an LLM graduate from the International Business Regulation, Litigation and Arbitration program at New York University, with 7 years of experience in litigation, mediation, arbitration, administrative law, energy and natural resources.

Leyre is a partner and Director of the Dispute Resolution practice at Dentons Paz Horowitz. She focuses her practice on complex litigation, domestic and international arbitration, and dispute resolution matters involving administrative, commercial, labor and civil liability issues. Leyre regularly advises national and international clients across sectors including mining, oil and gas, construction, aviation and pharmaceuticals, providing strategic representation in high-stakes disputes and regulatory proceedings.

Her arbitration experience includes acting in domestic arbitrations and serving as local counsel in international commercial and investment arbitrations under ICC, UNCITRAL and ICSID rules. She has represented clients in multimillion-dollar disputes involving breach of contract claims, procurement controversies, bankruptcy-related litigation and civil liability matters. Her recent experience includes advising state-owned entities and multinational companies in disputes exceeding US$20 million, as well as representing major international clients such as KLM and Quifatex.
