Gabriel is a lawyer with extensive experience in corporate, mining and environmental law, as well as litigation and dispute resolution. His practice focuses on advising national and international companies on regulatory compliance, personal data protection, labor matters and complex disputes. Gabriel regularly assists clients in the implementation and assessment of privacy and data protection systems, helping organizations identify compliance gaps, mitigate risks and strengthen internal controls across local and regional operations.

In dispute resolution, he has represented clients in arbitration proceedings, complex civil litigation, constitutional actions and individual and collective labor disputes. He also advises mining companies on obtaining concessions and operating permits, mining contracts, recovery of expired concessions and protection against illegal mining activities and unlawful occupations. His experience includes representing mining companies in judicial and extrajudicial proceedings involving environmental, civil and labor contingencies exceeding US$7 million, as well as advising global technology and healthcare clients on data protection, consumer law and regulatory compliance matters.
