Veronica is a partner at Dentons Paz Horowitz and leads the firm’s Real Estate and Inheritance Law practice, as well as its Immigration Department. With more than 20 years of experience, she advises national and international clients and investors on commercial, residential and public infrastructure projects, providing strategic guidance throughout all stages of development, acquisition and commercialization processes.

Her practice focuses on real estate transactions, estate planning, inheritance matters and immigration processes, with extensive experience managing complex property structures and high-value projects in Ecuador. Veronica has also represented clients in expropriation and public interest proceedings related to major highway developments in the country. Her recent work includes advising Halliburton on immigration matters, Hilton Colon Quito on the development of the Hampton Inn project in Quito, and Hospital Vozandes on property acquisitions for hospital expansion projects. She also regularly advises developers on the structuring and commercialization of residential and mixed-use real estate projects in high-growth areas of Ecuador.
