Juan Vigón is a partner based in Madrid of the Corporate group in Dentons´ Santiago office.

He has more than ten years of experience advising companies and entrepreneurs in their internationalization processes, multinational corporate operations, M&A transactions, drafting of partners/shareholders agreements, EPC contracts negotiation, international commercial contracting, and the structure of guarantees in international financing of projects, among others. In connection to the global business movement with an emphasis on the bilateral relation between Spain and Latin America.

His experience in transnational matters includes advising companies in corporate operations, mergers and acquisitions, and banks in terms of financing.
