Mark Glynn is Counsel in Dentons’ Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution group. An experienced litigator, Mark has particular experience in transportation, supply chain, logistics and international trade-related disputes. Mark provides clients with regulatory advice in connection with transportation and international trade matters.

Based in Toronto, Mark has acted for clients in the British Columbia Supreme Court, Alberta Court of King’s Bench, Ontario Superior Court, Federal Court of Canada and Québec Superior Court. He has acted in commercial, products liability, personal injury and professional negligence claims, including mass tort litigation. Mark has also acted in administrative tribunal proceedings.

Mark was educated in leading schools in English common law and French civil law before pursuing graduate legal studies at McGill University with a focus on maritime and air law. Mark is fluent in English and French, as well as conversant in a number of other European languages, which facilitates the international aspects of his practice. Prior to joining Dentons, Mark articled and practiced at a prominent transportation law boutique firm in Toronto. He also gained experience working as a legal consultant at the World Trade Organization, and acting as an advisor to the Department of Justice Canada and an overseas government through the World Bank in connection with aviation policy and competition laws.
