Matthew regularly leads and facilitates complex negotiations, advises clients on practical risk mitigation and implements related strategies. Matthew has significant experience interpreting and writing complex requirements for multiple forms of system implementations in liaison with technology specialists and business teams. He also advises on intellectual property licensing matters and the protection of intellectual property.
