Associate

Audréanne Poulin is an associate in the Corporate group of Dentons' Montréal office. She practices primarily in the areas of infrastructure and public-private partnerships, as well as mergers and acquisitions, financing and venture capital.

Audréanne advises clients from the public and private sectors in all aspects of the implementation of infrastructure and public-private partnership in a wide range of industries, including transportation, social infrastructure and energy.

Audréanne holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in International Studies, Law and Governance profile from the Université de Montréal (2018). During her law studies at the Université de Montréal, she was a pro bono student with the Centre de recherche en droit public of the Université de Montréal. She joined the Dentons team as a student in 2019 and then articled with the firm before being called to the Québec Bar in 2021.
