Michael joined Dentons Canada LLP’s Toronto office in 2014 after practicing at a leading Canadian law firm and is a member of the Financial Services Group.

As a member of the Financial Services Group, Michael advises foreign and domestic clients on a wide range of transactions with a particular emphasis on loan syndications, cash flow and asset based lending, project financings, mezzanine financings, cross border financings, inter-creditor arrangements, acquisition financings and real estate financings. Michael also advises clients in connection with corporate restructuring, private mergers and acquisitions and other corporate matters.

Michael acts for a number of financial institutions as well as other public and private entities in the financial services, resource, manufacturing, entertainment and retail industries with a particular emphasis on renewable energy.
