As a partner with Dentons' Real Estate Practice Group, Scott works closely with senior counsel and clients in all aspects of real estate transactions, including developments, acquisitions, financings, dispositions, leasing and sales.

Scott also has experience working on a variety of major corporate commercial transactions including public-private partnerships, acquisitions, reorganizations and energy and infrastructure projects.
